	ERM-based approach This attribute determines how well your organization has embraced an ERM approach. It measures the degree of executive support for ERM, of integration across processes, and of risk communication between all business silos.
	ERM process management This attribute measures to what degree your organization has adopted the ERM process or how well your risk management program follows the steps to identify, assess, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor risks.
